I went to visit Sosua and fell in love with the place. A friend introduced me to Keith and his team. With patience they answered all of my questions. I bought a lot and a few months later began the construction.
I was a nervous wreck being in Quebec, Canada during the construction. I kept sending e-mails to Keith and he always had the right words to reassure me, he kept me updated in all phases and sent me pictures. Upon my arrival in September, Keith and Linda, their daughter Emily and Carlos helped me through all the procedures (electricity, cable tv, telephone etc)
I really don't know how I would have managed without their help, they went way beyond my expectations, now they are way more than a real estate agency to me, they are great friends! Thanks also to Claude who built my house exactly as I demanded.
If you want to live in a unique community, where friendship and helping each other is a way of life; you must meet with Keith Watson's team!

We went on holiday to relax and get away from it all and hey presto the lord works in mysterious ways! We walked passed Watson Homes and while window shopping we meet Carlos who with his great gift of the gab enticed us into the shop even though we persistently told him we were just looking. We were then introduced to Keith and Linda who we spent the majority of our time with and who showed us the true Dominican Republic. Without any pressure we decided to purchase some land and were excited at the thought of building a family home but where do we start? That’s where Keith and Linda showed us their expertise and helped us organize many things from Dominican Bank accounts to the best places to eat and where to get the best things for our money as well as introducing us to some great people across the island. The whole experience was smooth sailing and five months later we have a beautiful home! Thanks to the Watsons a dream has become reality and Keith and Linda still maintain contact with photos and additional information, who could ask for more.

Hello again , this is just a follow up to the message we left in june. After Keith and Linda keeping us updated with pictures of our house being built, we arrived in Jan 08 and were met by Keith and Linda at the airport with 2 ice cold beers in hand,,,,what a welcoming sight! We were then taken to our new house which I must admit we found 100% satisfactory. It was exactly what we wanted, in fact it was more, it was our dream in reality! Keith and Linda also helped with the organising of furnature and other things that we knew very little about, even down to helping us with arrangements for a car,,, so we realy can't say "thank you" enough to Keith and Linda.

If you are looking to buy or sell on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, look no further than Keith and Linda at "Watson Homes". They are friendly, funny, professional, knowledgeable people. Keith's knowledge of the area and legalities makes buying or selling an easy, pleasureable process. My apartment was on for sale with other estate agents who didn't bother to keep me updated and quite honestly appeared to not bother. We would just like to say thank you to both Keith and Alan at Watson homes. The service they provided us with both while we were in the Dominican Republic and since we have returned home to England has been excellent. They provide you with everything you could possibly want and more. After coming over to the Dom Rep in May with the intention of purchasing a plot of land to build our dream home on. I must admit that we had pre-booked appointments with several real estate agents in and around Sosua area. On our first day we stumbled across Watson Homes who we got chatting to , they gave profesional and unbiased advice and even told us to go with the appointments we had already made to
look at various properties and then give them a call if they could be of any help to us. The next day we went back to see Keith and Linda at Watson Homes, that day we
arranged to view some properties and some plots of land. We found one that we fell in love with! Keith helped us with the location of a builder, the solicitor and helped us out above and beyond what we ever expected from any real estate agent. So in a two week period we purchased the land, sanctioned a builder and even came home with a floor plan of our dream home. Since we are thousands of miles away, Keith has constantly sent us pictures of our new home on a day to day basis, which he wasnt obliged to do. Our house will be completed in Oct 2007! A very big THANK YOU to Keith and Linda of Watson Homes, we have just purchased our first holiday home at the Villas Karibik complex in Sosua. Just a quick note to thank you for your support in the purchase of our property at Caribe Campo and subsequent management of it.
During a 1 or 2 week “look see” trip the pressure is on for us purchasers. There’s no time to get to know the right areas to buy in, the difficulties to get to grips with the legal and fiscal system for buying property whilst at the same time being pressurised by estate agents to secure that deposit (or in real terms their commission.) With you guys that was not the case.
We were fortunate enough to meet you socially and immediately recognised your openness and honesty before we knew that you were estate agents. Depending how you look at it, this was either coincidence or fate. This respect continued over the next few days, and with your guidance purchased our property at Caribe Campo in Sosua.
With regards the property management side, it is all too easy for agents to take the money and run after a purchase. Again, not you guys. We would never have been able to prepare the property without your help and time escorting us around what felt like the whole of the Dominican Republic to find those bits and pieces we wanted to make it “home”.
